For adults

  • GB1 is a beginner class for adults starting from the age of 16.
  • Here you will learn the basics and build the foundation for your further progress.
  • You are welcome to join this class regardless of your experience level.
  • GB2 is a class for advanced adults starting from the age of 16.
  • White belts (beginners) with two stripes and above are welcome to join this class.
  • In this class you build your knowledge necessary for the promotion to the next higher belt.
  • GB2 no-Gi is a class for advanced adults starting from the age of 16.
  • In this class you train without Gi (Kimono).
  • White belts (beginners) with two stripes and above are welcome to join this class.
  • GB3 is a class for advanced adults starting from the age of 16.
  • White belts (beginners) with two stripes and above are welcome to join this class.
  • This class is where you work on topics especially relevant for the competition.

For kids

  • GBK Tiny Champions is a class for kids of age between 3 and 4.
  • In this class the children learn while playing.
  • Movement, coordination and skill are the main focus.
  • GBK Little Champions-1 is a class for children of age between 5 and 6.
  • Movement, coordination and skill are the main focus.
  • The Jiu-Jitsu Training is adjusted to the age.
  • GBK Little Champions-2 is a class for children of age between 7 and 9.
  • Movement, coordination and skill are the main focus.
  • The Jiu-Jitsu Training is adjusted to the age.
  • GBK Juniors is a class for juniors of age between 10 and 14.
  • Movement, coordination and skill are part of the training.
  • Attention and respect towards peers and coaches are part of the curriculum.
  • The Jiu-Jitsu Training is adjusted to the age.
