Jiu-Jitsu for Beginners

In our beginner program, we systematically introduce you to the martial art of Jiu-Jitsu. The basic knowledge we provide in the beginner sessions will form the foundation for your future in the sport. This is where your journey begins.

The beginner classes can be attended by anyone, regardless of experience. Even advanced practitioners benefit from our beginner program – fundamentals remain important for everyone.

 

Jiu-Jitsu for Self-Defense

Self-defense as a means of protection is an integral part of our beginner program.

Moreover, Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense has a wide range of applications: self-defense for personal protection or as close combat in a military context.

We recommend that everyone start with our beginner program. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in advanced or specialized courses.

 

Jiu-Jitsu for Advanced Practitioners

Training in the advanced classes forms the foundation for your further development in Jiu-Jitsu. Here you will work on deepening your knowledge, sharpening your skills, and developing your strategy.

The advanced classes are only open to students with prior experience. Beginners are only admitted after completing the beginner program.

 

Jiu-Jitsu without Gi (Training Kimono)

Another class for advanced practitioners: Here, training is done without a gi.

Training in Jiu-Jitsu traditionally takes place both with and without a gi. Beginners can only attend these sessions after completing the beginner program.

 

Jiu-Jitsu for Competitors

Competition is an integral part of Jiu-Jitsu sport. We love competition and prepare competitors for it. These classes are only for advanced practitioners. Beginners can only attend these classes after completing the beginner program.

We recommend our competition classes to all competitors and advanced practitioners. We have extensive experience in preparing competitors for successful competitions.
