New Schedule starting from the 1st of February 2026
Starting from the 1st of February we will have a new Schedule.
We have introduced a break of 30 minutes between the kids and adults to allow kids a more relaxed leaving after their classes, while to adults more calm arrival to their classes.

Combat-Sport and Self-Defense
The combination of Combat-Sport and Self-Defense is optimal - no matter which is your primary interest.
You learn techniques and you learn applying this in a safe combat situation. At the same time you improve your coordination, you strengthen your body and you health. More than that, you learn to behave safely in dangerous situations.
Your way to our school
Our school is located in Barmbek-Süd in Hamburg, in the AlsterCity Office and Shopping Center.
You can park up to 2 hours for free on the visitor parking in the AlsterCity.
